What's the point? WHAT'S THE f**kEN POINT MERKIN?!?!!?Maybe it's just the extra year if both parties are happy with current arrangements.

Contracts negotiated as long as both parties are happy. What's the point?
Mutual means both have to agree. That’s my understanding. I could be wrong.I'm sure a mutual option means only one party needs to activate it. If it required both parties it would be no different to a one year extension.

No, not yet. Don't be impatient. Are we talking about sex?
Reckon Simonson stays, he did a pretty decent job on the wing and was good at centre too. Plus he can play fullback. Pretty much our only back with experience that can fill all backline positions at NRL standard.
Might not be a star, but the type of player every squad needs. And reckon he still has a fair bit of improvement in him.
There's a reason for that.And wouldn't cost that much.
He definitely is our best sideways runner. There's a reason for that.
The four games for GB in late 2019 might tip that up to 58 games in the last 4 years, depending how you count....Or 54 in the last 4 years, depending how you count.

There's a reason for that.
In his 2 games at centre he made more metres / TB ( 3 TB both games / 122m / 143m) then his average for the year (2.9 TB / 117m), which is also better then our 2 other centres Pensini/Opacic used this year.I thougjt simonssen was surprisingly good at centre in the last 2 games ... better than when he was on the wing
Penisini is yet to impress me to be honest. Heaps of potential perhaps, and glad we're reportedly keeping him - but not (yet) a player that an opposition will think "Oh no, how do we handle him" or "Oh no, how can we get around him" at all.
You're f**ked. He is easily the best defensive centre that we have had in a long time and he is 20. He can also find the line. Reminds me of Matt Cooper. He is class.Penisini is yet to impress me to be honest. I think Cooper is a good comparison. He was going great guns at one point and then dropped off a little but that happens at that age. You're f**ked. He is easily the best defensive centre that we have had in a long time and he is 20. He can also find the line. Reminds me of Matt Cooper. He is class.
Opačić's biggest problem besides working out his true ethnicity was never being able to complete a full season due to niggling injuries.I think Opacic was a better defensive centre last season. Penisini does seem to have a lot of hype about him, and I hope he develops to be the same.
