I don’t know where he groped the girl or the context, but as you can see, the penalty for the stray dodgy hand ( or any part of the body) is pretty serious.
In condemning the conduct today, Andrew Bolt tried to argue it wasn’t a sky event and it happened afterwards. Interesting point but I’m not sure it holds. It seems to me that even having the grubby perv at a party given his form over the years, placed the girls at risk. He should have had a minder.

I think his reported conduct is a bit beyond the bloke trying his luck in a laconic way.
Seems it has this deranged, perverted predatory aspect about it.
