He also said our offer to Moses is $4.5M over 4 years, and we have submitted an expression of interest to Farnworths manager.

Ooooft, few things going on in here, better throw in my unsolicited 2 cents:

POM - of all the circle jerkers on the official forum, this guy usually gets his stuff right. Brown and Bateman would put us in the top tier of forward packs...maybe even top 4 packs if everyone is firing on all cylinders. Would push Blore to bench which I think is perfect. Let him (and our other young forwards) play his way into a starting spot.

Farnsworth - very good centre, could be anything etc. I think he's an actual pommy not just playing for England. Could be a connection to Bateman? He's the type of player we used to blow our collective loads over and pay rep star money for. With Bateman added to the list he doesn't even make our top 4 signings for 2023 which speaks volumes on how far our recruitment has come.

Moses - I'd be a lying, hypocritical slice of emu turd if I said I never harboured any negativity towards Moses. But who can honestly say they don't regret anything they did in their early 20s? Bloke is a father now. That changes you more than anything will and I'd bet he regrets the way he stormed out of WT in a childish hissy fit. Would be insane to not pursue him if he's shown interest...even if its to drive up his value and force Parra to release more players haha

A. Crichton - rumour was he was all but signed but wanted some sort of guarantee Madge would be the coach. That obviously tanked any chance of Chrichton coming over.

Halves - the way I see it, we have basically said to Brooks and Doeuihi "here is a mighty forward pack. Most likely we can only re-sign one of you, this is your chance to prove yourself once and for all".

Question - given that Madden and Hastings have left, who is our reserve grade half back? Surely we have someone slowly coming through the ranks if we were so easy to let two halves leave?
