They are the only current super league club that can break 15k average and maybe even 20k one day

You’ve got heartland clubs who can’t even average 5k.

Wigan are being held back by an artifically low salary cap which caters to clubs like Wakey and Salford and the other small clubs

Everything isnt very specific lol. Name a few.
For a club that has finished in the top 4 every season bar 1 in 15 years so they should be leading the crowds
Winners are grinners

Better management obviously

Wigan population isn’t bigger than st Helen’s hull or Warrington

And their soccer side made premier league too but the crowds for the rugby had more locals

Imagine trying to argue Wigan aren’t the benchmark for super league clubs

I never said they wasn't. But suggesting every SL club should be same as Wigan is as dumb as saying every NRL club should be as big as Broncos. You cant even explain what you think Wigan are doing so well off the field to be the biggest club lol. I'd suggest they arent doing much different to a lot of clubs, but being successful on the field for the last 25 years has driven fan attendance. Financially they have been consistently in the top 5 clubs losing money over the last few years.
Its easy to throw out stupid statements like 'every SL club should be like Wigan', much harder for you to back them up with anything insightful it seems.

Why have Wigan been so successful over 40 years ?

Obviously rugby league is stronger in Wigan than other places

Hey if every nrl club was as strong as the broncos I would be cheering

Ask most Aussies and the first English club they know is Wigan

I didn’t say every English club should be as big as Wigan I said it would be nice if super league had ten more clubs as big as them (rhinos are at least on par)

Imagine Wigan never lost Central Park where they would be now ? Their fans hated the jjb for so long
