Or just 10 minutes even ;-)

There's a lot more to coaching than copying bellamy's five year plan
What plan?????You reckon he should have copied Daniel Anderson's five year plan?
Least that way he can f**k the next coach over if he gets the arse. Good old Ando's 'plan' is still haunting us.
What plan?????
Yeah I know.
The state he left the club in it's almost like he knew all along he'd only be here for two years.
Well that worked for 12 weeks in 09.......Give it to hayne

people can choose to base their opinions on what happens 80 minutes a week, I think it's a bit broader than that.
having had the pleasure of speaking to people at the club i'm certain that the current coaching staff have the systems, process's and procedures in place to build for the future, i have and will continue to encourage others to talk to a director or Bently if they have any concerns about the future direction of our club at the football level.
do you have examples here of whats changed? and is it normally the coaches job to over look / implement this? thanks
Well given that we don't have a football manager as yet I would say I would dare say that the head coach over looks and implements it... To be honest, I'm not the best person to answer the first part of your question however a director, CEO or any member of our coaching staff can and for the life of me I can't understand why we don't utilize these people instead of venting their spleen here, mate, the only reason I don't complain about the club here is because I do it in front of them myself.

And while I agree that is a great way of doing it, there is only a limited number of directors and people have a limited amount of time.
Now I know you remember I said at the AGM the board or CEO need to utilize the methods available to the club, to speak to the members about these things, because without it the members will feel uninformed.
I also then had a director of the club "all in good fun" ridicule me for the idea, so I don't know how serious they will have taken my suggestion.

don't tell me he called him a "deathrider".From what I remember you didn't quite you didn't quite get off in the right foot that night as you questioned the chairmans passion for the club but I wasn't aware of any other conversation you had with them.

It goes down so well here to promote intelligent discussions. :sarcasm:
I have noticed things are more civil in the morning these days and we can have good banter.
Is there a way to get poo poo into a totally diferent timezone?
