I don't mind Coffs, really. I dated a girl from nearby when I was younger and it was a nice enough spot.

My family occasionally takes the caravan up to Woopi for a week or two and it's always fun. Nothing amazing, but good beaches.

Typically, Hungry Jacks / Burger King do as well.

Speaking of free wifi, a phenomenon that I have seen here in alice is backpackers plugging in the laptop/tablets into outlets next to public phones. Is this an Alice Springs thing or are these hooligans stealing Mr Telstra's juice everywhere?

Fun but sad fact: There is no book shop in Alice Springs. (Since Dymocks closed in Febuary).

I've never seen that anywhere in any of my travels. I've seen (and personally done) the unplug a vending machine or TV at an airport, though.

Not that I've ever noticed.

The airport TV is just a TV at an airport. It's showing generic crap.

nope.. but ATMs do though... but you need to make sure you have your card already inserted into it before you switch it off first...

Ill try the classy first, from the sounds of it several drinking games have been planned this evening as the group could not decide on a single one. GOing by the heritage rule i'll be representing Denmark in the Darwin olympics this evening
