The only places i know that let you get em when your blind is in the cross, you can't be open till like 5 in the morning without expecting to tatt some drunk people.

Don't get anything offensive that is visible cause you won't get in

And don't get a tattoo after you have done the YOU session otherwise you will have to go through the medical process again

This is what the DFR told me.
