My son got concussion playing junior reps at Carramar, went to Fairfield Hospital as a precaution. Strangest day, a bloke came in on a stretcher , he had knifed himself after coming home and finding his girlfriend in bed with someone else.

The orderly yelled at him when he found out he had used a pen knife to stab himself (about 2 inches long, not a real knife he said), and then offered to walk him on the stretcher into the middle of Fairfield Road to help with the result and stop wasting the hospitals time
