its a fact the defensive teams will know what pearce will do and set thier defence a play, before pearce gets the ball because he will kick it.

In last years state of origin game the qlders done that, they sent boyd into the ingaol area a play before pearce got it, there was a huge gap in front of pearce they knew he wouldnt run it and pearce put the kick in and went straight to boyd.
