hages is a distant memory, why is his name still popping up?
The Australian seems adament that Parramatta are offereing Inu to rival clubs, can anyone confirm or disprove this?
http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,25197,25822251-2722,00.htmlMoving Inu would also alleviate some of the pressure, although rival clubs are understood to have baulked at his asking price -- he is on a contract believed to be worth in excess of $250,000 a season.
However, the club has almost $2million free in 2011 as players such as captain Nathan Cayless come off contract. Eric GROTHE
Daniel MORTIMER
Nathan CAYLESS
Feleti MATEO

We will need to not keep many of this lot, to afford to pay the backloaded contracts of Hindy, Tahu, Hayne if he stays and anyone else that we're currently in the market for.Jarryd HAYNE - high asking price, and will chase coin over loyalty
Krisnan INU - lower asking price but may pursue his missionary years
Eric GROTHE - I predict will leave before then...
Daniel MORTIMER - keep!
Nathan CAYLESS - will retire or go to England
Feleti MATEO - keep!
Fuifui MOIMOI - will retire or go to England
Luke BURT - will retire or go to England
Weller HAURAKI - I predict will leave before then...
Tim ROBINSON - who? Keep if he's cheap
Brendan OAKE - is leaving before then
Parramatta chief executive Paul Osborne has confirmed the NRL club is close to re-signing rugby union convert Timana Tahu.
Tahu left the Eels in 2007 to sign with the ARU, but has been frustrated by a lack of opportunities with his Super 14 club the Waratahs and is keen to enact a get-out clause in his contract.
The 29-year-old dual international played only four Tests for the Wallabies.
Osborne says he acted above board in approaching Tahu and he is not expecting the ARU to block the deal.
"Timana's obviously a personal friend of mine and to be perfectly frank a month or two ago we were talking about going to Japan and then all of a sudden I landed the gig at Parramatta," he said.
"I had to take all that advice back and say 'No I don't think Japan's a good idea. I think you need to stay here at home close to training at Parramatta'."

All this back ending of deals suggests a 2010 or Bust approach. Dangerous if it doesnt come off Big.
