If Tahu remains injury-free for most of his contract, Anderson and Osborne will be the messiahs. If he is constantly injured or doesn`t recapture his old form, we will crucify them. It`s a HUGE gamble in my opinion. I`m sorry, but I`m not 100% happy about it. I hope they know what they`re doing.

This doesnt suprise me coming from you. That comment would put you way out on your own as far as not wanting TT back, maybe youd have a couple of mates agree.

I agree. I'm not 100% convinced about spending $1m on a player that has been out of the game for two years, who is almost 30 and who has a history of injury.

I agree with him totally. It's great if a half can do it, but if he's got other strings to his bow then my question has always been why does he need to run? Let him play to his strengths...as I recall, Sterlo and Joey weren't the greatest runners of the ball either, and it didn't stop them from achieving what they did.

I don't know which sterlo and joey you were watching, but they both had great running games and always threatened the defensive line you monkey.

Why is it, you want TS back at the club. The board has made it clear they don't want drunks at the club. GET OVER IT.

I wouldn't say Sterlo had a great running game.

But he did make use of the run around alot.

So he would pass, run around, get the ball back and pick a runner whether it be Kenny, Ella or Grothe.

Langer was a better runner as was Johns.

I think one thing that is being underestimated it the experience and guidance he'll provide to guys like Inu and Reddy, along with Wright and Uaisele.

Tahu is much like Lote... at 28 he will be in better shape than alot of centre. While he was injury prone he has always been very strong and very quick. I will not complain about him in the squad next year and I expect a return to origin for him aswell.

Hayne
Reddy
Inu
Tahu
Grothe (or Burt if he is released)

That is a premiership winning backline. All big, strong and fast plus a massive pack.

If that $1m is heavily incentive-based (as I can imagine it would be) then I am sweet with it. He plays, we pay.
