Fremantle finished the game with 12 men and a few injuries too....a couple of weeks to get over the injuries.

The Sharks looked sharp when they held the ball and that was about 50% of the time. They must be the worst team for turnovers on the 2nd tackle.

Fremantle were pumped and they just about had the game but for Simon Smith tripping one of the Sharks players in the back play and getting his marching orders things may have been closer.

First grade: North Beach 36-16 over Joondalup.
Reserve grade: North Beach 26-22 over Joondalup.

It must have been one of those weekends - going by what I'm reading here, plus my knowledge of the Joondalup-North Beach game, it was a weekend for 12-a-side footy!
One of the Giants got sent off in the opening few minutes (no-one I've spoken to knows what happened - even the cameraman apparently didn't see anything), and I believe North Beach got someone sent off too. I didn't see what happened there as I was in a tent keeping out of the rain!

South Perth 44-6. It was a closer game than the scoreboard suggests though.

Joondalup's last game of the season is next weekend at Admiral Reserve against Armadale. Kick-off is 3pm I believe.

There doesn't appear to be any Premier Grade games this coming weekend. The following weekend is the 1st week of Finals for 2005.

You can take some comfort in that it's not just Rockingham that gets that kinda thing happen to.
