Great game!! Well I thought it was, but one of the boys apologised afterwards coz he thought it was a crappy game. Lol. Bloody cold too!!

Tim Mortimer scored a hat trick. Brod opened the scoring. Jono Wright scored a 60 metre try. Jacob Byrne also scored a try.

Oake copped a nasty knock midway thru the second half which saw him severly concussed. Was rather scary to witness actually. He sat out the rest of the game and was able to walk of at the end of the game which was good. Might not be available next week tho.

Would love to know the penalty count too. Im sure the ref was working off a commission today!!!

There would be no truth to these rumours Dragon Dan as Abed is no longer at Wentworthville he had a constant back injury after a couple of preseason games which kept him out for a while ( where at one point looked like he could of missed the season ) in which time he took a job offer out of Sydney. Did see him last weekend as he has been coming back to play with his old local town in the Canberra comp helping them out and has been a real standout. He did say he believed with the team and coaching staff there at Wenty that the NSW cup side should go through and win the competition and that it was unfortunate that the Jim Beam team had struggled this yr.

go boys. I smell another title on the horizon. will it be 4 in a row? shame where under the magpies banner instead of the eels though.
