Saw American Gangster for the 50th time. For some reason, I really like it. Not too many people I've talked to feel the same way.

taking advantage of blockbusters $1 weekly releases

American Beauty - awesome
Unforgiven - pretty good
Towelhead - alright, Alan Ball is a weird bloke
Alexander - crap
Apocalypse now - loved the first half, thought the 2nd half was very weird
Terminator 1-4 - 1st and 2nd are 68 times better than 3 and 4.

Still have requium for a dream, donnie darko, top gun and noise to watch

RFAD is pretty good...little on the wierd side too. Donnie Darko has also been labelled a f'ing wierd flick lol...noise is boring IMO and top gun is cool i guess.

Watched two movies yesterday that I had been sweating on seeing, Sherlock Holmes & Invictus.

Sherlock Holmes: Was OK, the fight scenes were FANFREAKINTASTIC, but sadly there wasn't even close to enough of them. While I didn't buy in to the hype it really didn't do much for me.

Invictus: Bloody snooze fest. Just another slanted view of Mandella. Damon, while doing an OK job, is never allowed to build his character due to limited lines. With the exception of an obvious dollar having been spent in production value this isn't that far removed from a high school drama class.

Tonight I'm giving Law Abiding Citizen a run, THIS better do something!
