Clash of the Titans - Some cool action scenes but a really disjointed storyline. I felt there were quite a few parts of the movie that were unnecessary. Popcorn flick, nothing more.

Kick Ass - I really enjoyed it. Good mix of humour and action. Definitely my type of movie.

500 Days of Summer; good flick that everyone can relate to because we've all wanted someone or something so badly and it doesn't work out. It's how you deal with what you do next that matters.

GI Joe; 90 minutes of sh*t blowing up and chicks in tight fitting leather outfits and body armour. In the words of one Henry Rollins; "leave the ammo belt on sister!"

Oh, and Boondock Saints II: All Saints day. Doesn't hold a candle to the original but was still pretty entertaining cos it was not so much about the brothers as it was Il Duce. Out of repect for the people who haven't seen it I wont give any more away and for those that haven't seen the first one do yourself a favor and see it.... then see the sequel.

Shaun of the Dead and Lesbian Vampire Killers

I'm not normally into horror pictures but I found them both rather amusing.

Haven't seen the latter yet but Shaun Of The Dead is a movie I have to watch at least 6 times during the year. I remember seeing it at the cinema when it first came out. Love it!

Beaneath Hill 60 - Probably one of the most honest war films I've seen since We Were Soldiers.

You get to see that a lot of the soldiers in battle were sh*tscared, they were people, not some robot warriors devoid of emotion.

And they had normal lives back home, before, during and after the war.

The constant cut backs to Woodwards pre-war life I felt were done poorly.

They were mostly relevant, but I can't see why they didn't just stick with the movie in a timeline type storytelling. Instead of back and forth the whole time.

Last night I saw I Love You Too - a typical Romance Comedy with all the usual cliches.

Chicks will love it, blokes will find it mildly amusing, good movie to take a new GF to though, might even get a grope. It's an Aussie movie starring Peter Helliar and the guy who played Woodward in Beneath Hill 60.
