The Weather Man with Nic Cage and Michael Caine. Very good if you like more introspective approaches to life.

The original is my favourite foreign language film to date, and while the Departed was an interesting watch (best film of the year imo), I felt the original was packaged in a more realistic fashion.

Scorsese is the man. Hope The Departed is as good as Taxi Driver/Raging Bull/Goodfellas/Casino were. I hate Dicaprio and Matt Dammmmmonnnn though. And it's missing the crucial element to a good Scorsese movie, that being Robert De Niro.
