Watched a couple over the Loooooooooong Weekend

Once Upon a time in Hollywood - see above, enjoyed watching it once but overall pretty meh. I know people love Tarantino but I've never been a massive fan. Couple of great nostalgic scences though.

Uncut Gems - I have never seen a movie before that literally gave me a headache, it was like I was actually standing in the middle of NYC. Loud obnoxious unbearable characters (I guess that's what they were going for) and storyline was nothing special. Also what was with the weird music throughout? was like I was watching Bladerunner or something.

Spiderman Far From Home - I love Jakey G, but hated him in this for some reason. I know its sci-fi based on a comic book but I found his characters abilities/storyline just ridiculous to be honest. Typical filler Marvel film emjoyable enough... best part was the deleted scenes.

Overall I didn't make the best movie choices this Easter :|

Just came on here to post about Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and this pretty much just sums it up exactly.

Loved the scene at the Mason Ranch but there is just so much waffle in and around it.
I love the waffle, those parts are what makes a Tarantino film a Tarantino film for me. They entertain me as much as the action/tension sequences do in his films (in a general sense).

Have a go at those high-waisted mum jeans!

Only The Swayze could pull those numbers off.

RIP Patrick Swayze

I hope you’re throwing some romantic clay, interdimensionally, with an old flame as we speak, you old devil.

Maybe even throw down with some brunch tai-chi, if the mood takes...

Crawl

I like the movies where a wild animal tries to kill people. Found myself scrolling my phone way too often. Predictable and no real scares. 5/10

If you want that type of movie check out The Shallows instead

The Banker 7. Not bad, bit saccharine, probably read up on the real story as my feel is they left a bit out. Hope so at least.
