The wines in the rack had a target in mind for today's lynch victim. They narrowed in on the acidic, 'green' white. It did not really give account for itself, as it did not really see this coming.

Tasting Notes: In cooler climates, the grape has a tendency to produce wines with noticeable acidity and "green flavors" of grass, green bell peppers and nettles with some tropical fruit (such as passion fruit) and floral (such as elderflower) notes.
