Depends a lot on Reina. He makes me nervous in big games but we always seem to lift in them.Anything is possible in this one.We could win it or get beat by 5 or 6.We are unpredictable.

For mine we wer poor for the first 60 minutes. Andy Carroll came on and changed the game. He has a future at Liverpool he just needs better service.

As much as Kenny is a legend he should go. We need a good young manager. I would personally go for Brendan Rodgers he has Swanwea playing some attractive football and has experience in the EPL. He is a young manager on the way up.

We need to improve the squad, especailly the midfield. We need to have a net spend of around $100-120 million on 4 quality young players (26 years or younger). I think 3 have to be midfield/wide players and another striker. One buy needs to be a defensive midfielder as we had no good enough back up when Lucas did his knee. We need better qualitly wide players.

The defence is good enough and we have good youngsters coming through in Coates, Robbinsion, Wilson etc.

There are some good youth in the midfield coming through esecially Sterling and Susso.

I think going this off season is vitially important for the reds. Get the right manage in and spend on qualitly players, mix in the youth and things are looking good for the future.

Starting Spearing and leaving Henderson on for that long..what is KK thinking
I think that should pretty much seal his fate, FA Cup was the last thing that could save his job

Meh, more of the same. Holds possesion but doesnt do anything with it.

Carroll was excellent today and hopefully that's a sign of things to come.

Our midfield needs a clean out. SPearing was terrible and why we didnt buy cover for Lucas in January still schocks me.

So who will leave in the summer now the season is essentially done (two league games left but not much importance on them). Kuyt could well be off, hopefully we flog Downing somewhere, and Adam.

Price tag aside Carroll has been showing much more lately and impressed
Downing, Kuyt, Adam, Spearing to go - I just don't see him as good enough
Need to bring in a quality central mid or 2 and 2 wide men
Defense is good

Maybe Brendan Rodgers isn't the man. There are some talented young managers around world football, the next manager appointment for Liverpool is critical.

As you stated the midfield needs a major clear out. We need to spend on the right players, we could have got so much better value for money if we had brought foreign players instead of Henderson and Downing. I think the type of player we need will be in the region of 20-50 million pounds each and we need 4 such players (1 defensive midfielder, 2 other midfielders and a striker). We really need to spend big this off season.

I was reading this morning that Carroll played well and had almost a "breakthrough" game. I wonder if he will turn out like Mario Gomez who was signed for €30m after a stellar year with VfB then flopped for 18months, I guess ironically almost being offload to you lot, lost his place to Olic and when both Olic & Klose got injured he got his chance and hasn't looked back. There's hope for Carroll and maybe it'll just click for him.

Carroll has been playing well lately.
My worst fears were realised with the performance of a couple of guys today but no use looking back we have to move forward and bring in replacements to strengthen the side.
Its funny how sometimes changing one player can bring such a change over a team but that was the case today.

My whinge of the day is with the kick off time.
Not reading anything but the TV guide I thought the game was starting around 1.15am.(coverage started 1.00am).

Watched Norwich and Arsenal and thought it wasnt that long to wait till the FA Cup Final.Must of been about 2.15am when they kicked off.
What happened to the old days when midnight seemed to be kick off time?

Stewart Downing has failed to score in the Premier League from 72 shots since his arrival at Liverpool.

I like it. Sometimes less is more. I think more people won't appreciate how good the new kit looks until we see it on the pitch.

No surprises that a kit from Warrior sports doesn't turn out to be as good as an Adidas one. But the money you'll be getting from them will be more than worth it.

Looks like a training shirt.

who are warrior football?

The clothing arm of New Balance. And they're paying us GBP30M/season. More than any other PL club gets.

The only good part is the crest and the liver bird standing out. It's similar to what Souths did when we put just the rabbit on the jersey and not the club's actual logo.

Other than that it's very simple. Too simple even. You could almost make it yourself with a cheap red polo and some gold thread to sew on.
