    robbie paul and les vainacokacola

Vainikolo may have put on weight but it's in the right places. He's twice the player he was when he joined in 2002. Back then he was very unreliable under the kick. Nowadays he's solid and has come up with a few 100 metre kick returns notably vs Wigan and Leeds. As for Paul he's been...

Has there ever been more brothers?

In GB in the late 80s and early 90s the Fairbank brothers all played at the same time, Karl, John, Dick, Mark and there was another one playing amateur RL. The most famous was Karl who toured with GB in 1988, 1990 and 1992.

    Odsal Stadium Query

Not another whinge about the Odsal pitch? It's within the dimensions allowed for a pitch in the rulebook. Unlike several other SL clubs. It's also one of the widest in the game. Hardly tailor made for a forward orientated team? The club are going to make the pitch the maximum size...

    Manly to sign Jamie Peacock

Rumours abound that our Jamie is set to sign up with Manly when his contract at the Bulls finishes soon. Has anyone down your way heard anything? I know he's keen to test himself in the NRL. He'd be an excellent signing as he is currently the best second row in the ESL.

    Manly sign GB internationl?

Jamie Peacock has just gone 26. He's known to be interested in going to Oz when his contract is up. He's the best back rower in SL so should make it in the NRL. More consistent than Morley ever was over here too.

    Paul Deacon

Deacon is incredibly important to the Bulls. When he was absent last season we really struggled. Up until last season I too had my doubts over is creative play with the ball in his hands but this has improved a lot in 2003. His kicking game is better than any other player in SL anyway...
