    You wanna thug...heres a thug.

To say it was gutter press is to do them a disservice. This is straight out of the sewer. These blokes have paid their debt to society. Trust Fox to rake up the dirt. The "journalist" that wrote this is a disgrace.

    Questions about ESL

No that's not right. Paul has had the same squad number since 1996. Most players keep the same numbers from season to season. New players take vacated numbers or ask for new ones. They are all given out at the beginning of the season and don't change.

My first choice british test team (coming from an aussie)

Great Britain squad:- 1. Bailey, Ryan (Leeds Rhinos) 2. Carney, Brian (Wigan Warriors) 3. Diskin, Matthew (Leeds Rhinos) 4. Ellis, Gareth (Wakefield Trinity Wildcats) 5. Farrell, Andrew (Wigan Warriors) 6. Fielden, Stuart (Bradford Bulls) 7...

Looking Forward To A Good Tri Series

GB are already at a disadvantage as they've been given no warm up games. How the team is meant to gel properly?

    Famous Games

GB Vs Australia 1st and 2nd Tests in 1990. GB won the first at Wembley 19-12 and lost the 2nd 10-14 thanks to a last minute Meninga try that should have been disallowed!

    Team of the 90's

From a British perspective Stuart always seemed to go better than Langer on Kangaroo tours. How Harragon misses out I don't know.

Young players who have impressed this year

I'm told Chris Bridge has an attitude problem. He's got all the skills but doesn't put the effort into training. A few times he's been picked as 18th man for the squad for an away game and he hasn't bothered to turn up. It's not the sort of committment that will get him very far. A...

    ENGLISH PROPS

Yeah Lynch will be replacement for Anderson. A good move I reckon.

    ENGLISH PROPS

A lot of Leeds fans I speak to reckon Bailey hasn't been as impressive this year. Sounds like "second season syndrome" Fielden had an excellent game vs Penrith then his form went really down until about a month ago. He's back to his best now.

    Meyers signs for Bradford

Hi guys, this was a media release I got this morning. Any thoughts. How come Meyers is being let go? Is he any good? BULLS SIGN BRAD MEYERS 15th September 2004 Britain’s most successful Rugby club, Bradford Bulls, have announced the signing of Brisbane Broncos outstanding second...

    NZ Starting Seventeen

With a UK perspective I'd say you couldn't leave out Vainikolo. He's been awesome this year. Of other kiwis in the comp Willie Poching could be a wild card selection. He's been superb ff the bench for Leeds. Barnett has played his last game of RL. He's suffering from a chronic fatigue...

Matty Adamson is back, and going to pollies world.........

Adamson hasn't exactly set the world alight over here so I'm at a loss to know what an NRL team sees in him. Having said that Mark Carroll was awful over yet went back to Oz and played well.

    Vaealiki on 500K a season

He'll not be on anything more than £100k a season and I agree he's not worth that. Wigan have a wealthy backer in Dave Whelan. Money isn't any problem for him.

    Peacock ?

Fielden is under contract until 2007. Think Peacock is up before then but not at the end of this year.

    Iestyn coming back ?

I always stand in front of that lot and to the right (in the next block along). You know how it is when you always stand in the same place for years. It becomes "your place". I know em all pretty well though. I think whether Swann stays beyond 1 year depends on how he goes this...

    Iestyn coming back ?

Dunno about that, TKL has been a long time target for Bradford so it'd have to be a bad injury for them to cut their losses. The Bulls are interested in Harris though and have been for some time. I would've thought with Forshaw, Gartner, Gilmour and Lowes all retiring/leaving and only Swann...

    Iestyn coming back ?

    He's joining Bradford.

    Ben Kennedy next ?

Losing Gartner, Forshaw and Lowes has left a big hole in the Bradford pack. If Kennedy can stay fit I'd love him to sign for the Bulls.

    Lauititi

The trouble with that is that you'd punish clubs who are not breaking any law. I know it's ridiculous when the likes of Wakefield can field 11 overseas players in one team but simply penalising them financially isn't going to help.
