Liechardt Oval gets First million more to come

Ok cool Diehard, as I said they mentioned it on the radio this morning and I am sure it's not the first time Rabbits, Mo and Barwick have got something wrong.

Liechardt Oval gets First million more to come

Sorry I was just quoting what was said on the radio this morning. Did I mention that in my original post? Since you are in the know diehard and have all the goss, does the joint venture clubs get any extra cash because of the joint venture?

League shits all over Union yet again

You must be the one of the people who count for the Rooster home games, or just started watching league in the past few months. I have seen a few games over the years with 3 - 4000 people. I even remember a game at Brookvale a few years ago that was in the hundreds.

    Loophole may save Finch

Is Ricky Stuart the country coach this yeah? It is the only way Finch will ever get picked for a rep side.

League shits all over Union yet again

I watched the reds game then flicked it over to the league last night. I guess the league game having 2 top teams playing, helped with the crowds. The Reds are a joke and last night battle was for the spoon. I guess the bottom of the super 12 table clash really helped the crowds with...

Liechardt Oval gets First million more to come

nospam49 you make some very good points. I can think of a heap of way the money can be spent, other than a ground that gets used 2 or 3 times a year by an NRL team. Maybe they will use the cash to build a mini stand for the 50 or so people who attend the Balmain Premier league games...

Ricky stuart, Sour Grapes is not my flavour

I think he was sent off, for more running in where he was not wanted and throwing a cheap shot punch. Finch had a few dummy spits yesterday, which I did enjoy. A mere punch in a tackle would have resulted in a penilty, not a send off. His thug actions resulted in the send off. I wonder...

    best ground?

I always thought that Tooheys brewed Old as well. ;-) Old in the can is just as bad as new, VB, XXXX, Crown largers AKA Gold Label Fosters and the rest of Australia's main stream crap beer. Old on Tap at the right pub is not a bad drop.

FINCH & STUART - FINE THEM

I think Stuart is right. Finch is way over-rated, he remind me of Craig Field by the way he spits the dummy.

    best ground?

Parramatta for me. We got there early on Saturday brought our tickets and wandered over the the leagues club for a few ales. Always a great ground to watch the game and the club is so close to enjoy the TAB, Pokies and a few brews.

    Rob Farrah

He played a great game on Satuday, not much can be said the the rest of them, except those who played on Friday night. You would have to wonder what chance the Tigers have of keeping him with 4 players now internationals. Bound to push up the salary cap for the Tigers, can they keep...

    SCUBA Diving...

Yeah I used to drive heaps, I have other interests now, so dont get out very much. I would give Sydney a big miss. Go south down to Shellharbour and dive the "Gutter" and "Bushrangers". You could even go further south and dive down at Huskie. One of the best dive spots I have been too...

    Marcos Ambrose latest Eels fan

I think you will all find that Pinochio, oppp's Skaife is a Manly fan. Nothing wrong with Fords, I own 4 of them.

    Wests Tigers captain announced: OFFICIAL

Well done to O'Neill, I think he is a great choice and certainly is a player who leads by example.

Well done Doggies  Wonder what the roosters would donate, Lattes?

    Tigers take on little Italy

Sounds like a good game for the Tigers. I think they will win and give them at least one win for the season.
