    If that’s the case the telegraph has a lot to answer for.....hopefully this winds up quickly and we turn our focus to the game on Saturday. I actually see this as being a motivation for the player involved as it appears he’s done nothing wrong.

    Honestly the player is the victim of stupidity.....but she had no right to record without his consent let alone distribute. Pretty sure this law exists to stop ex’s distributing content

    Exactly right that’s why I questioned her intentions. Her actions don’t represent what she was seeking The person filming owns the content, where as a video call the person distributing the video call owns the content. Therefore you require his/her consent to distribute.

    I think it would be easier to prove unlawful distribution against consent. Consent is her word against Sam, but distribution is something the telegraph should’ve got permission for from the owner of the image. F

    Do Don’t think it’s that simple, firstly are we sure of definitions remembering that this occurred in NZ? Furthermore isn’t indecent exposure in a public place? Pretty sure a phone call is a private conversation.

    When you except a video call aren’t you technically accepting therefore consenting the images from the other end? If your not happy with the images being displayed just hang up.

    Hey all, With our spine settled for at least the next three years and Sam heading our pack, I'm expecting a premiership within that period. I would be disappointed if we don't make our way back into the top 4 next year and possibly win a Comp in the next three.

    Best news for Souths Sydney.....can't believe people are doubting this signing. There's only 4-5 players that are a walk-in to the Australian team and we happen to lock one up for the next four years and we aren't happy with it. Every single player carries injuries we just happen to notice...

    All over social media Souths players are wishing Nathan brown all the best for next year..... Was wondering why nothing mentioned of Joe Burgess. Something we don't know??? Is he staying???? A lot o work to do in handling department but would come in handy next year for sure!!!

    McQueen reveals Rabbitohs kept him in the dark about move

    I liked McQueen but that's the way the the cookie crumbles. It happens the away too, players get better contracts and blind side the club even though the club thought the player would be loyal......not saying what happened was right but we should except it as the norm by now.

    I strongly believe Farrah is a done deal....reason why I think it's taking so long I think is because of what we want to pay him for year one and year two. Let's say if we sign him for 1.5 over two years it's more beneficial increasing year one so year two is cheaper. This is just my opinion.
