And what! f**kwit, i dont go around claiming Kayln ponga as a perf junior, like you do .. get a grip youll need a shitload more than the handful you listed a few posts back, and then some who youll have to coherse to relocate into perf, just to be close to competetive, and then try to maintain that if or when you ever get a licence to that city

did I have Ponga in my list dickhead?

Perth is producing male and female nrl first Graders now with virtually no money and no pathways. More than Victoria, more than png despite their advantages. That will grow significantly with an nrl club here.

Go back to telling us how a PNG club In Cairns is a good idealol

Who cares, you confusing why i troll the pro-perfer, i dont live in PNG, i live in sydney, i go for the minor premiers the panthers... i can write a long list of penrith players in the NRL, but that would probably equate to a sixth of league..
He rubbish’s every rival bid, most of it with bs, but when it comes to Perth will bide zero criticism

it’s a shame he’s the poster boy for a Perth nrl team he will have soured many peoples views of the team

Yes this, straight away attacks PNG as if im running the campain, like he seems to run a perf bid himself...
Seems to be all about Perf, and if anyone challenges it, they are dumb... or if we need to relocate or demote a sydney club due to proximity of each other, then thats great, but if we bring up the HULLs then the worlds burning and "you dont get the hatred they have"

And then they can get their new stadium with multiple tenants.
With the brand New Penrith $500.000 stadium
Might blow out to $800.000 +
2 NRL teams. Game live every weekend
Bear's 🐻
North Penrith bear's
Mountain bear's
Both teams would be feeder clubs for the whole NRL
Mountain grizzly bears
The politicians would love the new stadium
Fans. Sponsors. Businesses. Local juniors clubs.
Shop's. Pubs. Clubs
Would love it
😊

Nrl shouldn’t be wasting huge money on towns with declining populations

what Penrith are doing it the way forward
Yes totally agree
2nd Penrith NRL team would be great
North Penrith bear's 🐻
Or mountain grizzly bears
Best location for new NRL club
Brand New stadium
Massive growth area
Biggest junior nursery in the world

I think an NRL team in Perth is inevitable. I think Perth Red pissing off other people with his endless bitching is also inevitable. I always thought that the concept of a miserable pommy c*** was just a stereotype until I read his posts.

I just really hope Perth gets admitted and it's either the Perth Jets or Perth Bears just so he stays miserable forever.

NRL heavyweights Phil Gould, James Graham and Darryl 'Big Marn' Brohman have clashed over whether the competition is ready to expand and where the expansion clubs should be located.

The NRL top brass have expansion of the competition high on the list of priorities with teams in Papua New Guinea, Perth and New Zealand being readily bandied around.
Peter V'Landy's the CEO of the NRL has kept tight-lipped about just when it will happen saying only in a recent interview on Triple M that it could be 2027 or maybe even as soon as 2025.
The encouraging results of the new 2023 side the Dolphins has encouraged the NRL powerbrokers to press forward and accelerate with expansion, despite some people suggesting their aren't enough players of note to justify another side or two.

When expansion occurs will it be 18 or 20 teams?
Phil 'Gus' Gould, when interviewed in a recent Nine podcast said it will happen and it should be another Brisbane team at first.
'I said for years that Brisbane needed a second team and now I think they need a third team,' he said on Six Tackles with Gus.
'If we're going to put an 18th team in, that's where it should be. They've got the population, they've got the supporter base to do it.
'There's not another place on the planet that would be better for another NRL team than southeast Queensland, for the game and for sustainable success.'

If the NRL is not ready for a third side in southeast Queensland or Brisbane, the NRL is likely to look international.
This brings PNG and New Zealand into play and that debate brought heavyweights Brohman and Graham together this week where they clashed on the Ladbrokes podcast.

'Look, we can get to an 18-team competition right now, I'm not worried about that,' said Brohman.
'But, we'd get to a competitive 20-team competition much quicker if we brought the three new teams in now,' said Graham in response.
'No, I'm not convinced about that,' replied Brohman.
'Look, the punters out there just don't like seeing sides get lapped week in and week out,' he added. 'They will lose interest.
'Now, I don't like disagreeing with you because you are quite a formidable person, but I I think it's 18. Let's go with 18 at first.'

But Graham, came back at him immediately.
'Ok, where do we go?' he asked
Brohman responded: 'Perth.' which caused the Englishman to ask earnestly, 'why are we going to ignore PNG?
'Why are we going to ignore a second New Zealand team too,' and Brohman interrupted saying 'I didn't say we are going to ignore them.'
Which made Graham fire back, 'you are.'
'No, let's given them a bit of time,' Brohman said.
Graham then retorted, 'well it looks like you just want to brush them. Not let 'em in. Why can't we just go straight to 20?'
Brohman answered with, 'because you just can't mate. I think 20 is just too many.'

A Perth expansion team is looking a good chance with State of Origin games heading over to WA in recent years and going there again in 2025.
V’landys has also flagged Victoria as a potential location for a second team, following the success of the Melbourne Storm.

Hoping to be included in the talks are the North Sydney Bears who still own one of the prettiest home grounds in rugby league.

But, at the highest levels of discussions their name seems absent each time.
