Keep looking for why your post was in fact without a valid point in this situation and that you provided a disanology and comparing apples to oranges, I'll give you a clue: DRS.

I have faith that you can work this one out.

Good God. The point surrounded the overall decline in umpiring quality. Is that spelled out well enough for you? Or shall I make you a finger painting?

Seriously....

Birdy chips in, he's been much better this innings. This is one hell of a beating (not underestimating the mammoth effect that the howler on 'Adon' Voges has had).

NZ will bounce back hard in the second test, hopefully we can perform again

We hope we can play better in the second, but this is a fair pounding to come back from, not really any positives here

I know some will say good teams will bounce back from bad decisions etc (of which I do subscribe to that belief myself,) but when you walk out to bat after having an bad call go on to add another 232 runs (plus whatever extra runs added in those partnerships with Voges as well,) to the total it must demoralise you.

Hopefully the next game will see a better standard of umpiring and a game that isn't marred by a controversial decision.

Yeah, finger painting is probably more your pace.

Seeing as you're offering, if you do a really good one, I'll stick it on my fridge.

Providing your usual positive influence to the discussion, as usual

I am offering you words of encouragement and a motivation to do the best job possible by displaying said work on the fridge gallery.

Do not give up on your finger painting exploits. You may be one of thr best one day.

Yes, bit the disappointing thing is it's about character - this team has character and is better than they've showed here and in Brisbane, and in response to bad calls. They've shown relatively little, unfortunately.

Anderson isn't a test # 6, but then neither is M MArsh - the difference is the indescribable hardness, that Voges in particular displayed

Yeah, the kiwis normally have a fightback of sorts in them somewhere along the line, so it's unusual for them to be completely crushed like this.
