Weve gone a bit better than i expected for crowds this weekend, i wasnt looking foward to it in terms of crowds to be honest.

Im hoping Souths/Sharks can pull 15 thousand.

Still, the locals did the right thing by winning well. Eventually it will pay off.

Hopefully we get one out of two in Queensland to keep the public momentum up, and the Raiders tend to draw well here for some reason.

There's some decent numbers there, all things considered. I expected we'd be in for a rough round given the draw for this week. If we can finish over 14K then that's a good effort. In recent seasons that could've easily have been one of those 11-12K average jobs.

I reckon we could be surprised by tomorrow night.

Previous ANZ MNF crowds:

22,245 (WES v PAR)
20,722 (BUL v SYD)
12,087 (SOU v MAN)

OK....maybe not when it comes to SouFFS...

A good turn-out from Tigers supporters today, as usual. Well done.

The weather down here leading up to kickoff probably stopped at least 1 - 2 thousand from showing.

I am hopeful i admit but i reckon it can and should pull 16 thousand with fair weather.

I hope a big crowd turns up tomorrow, but its hard to see... Souths haven't won yet, and well Sharks fans don't travel. The fear of bad weather doesn't help the scenario.

Still I guess, we have a guaranteed 6,500 there with the Souths STH, throw in a couple of thousand Stadium members, we are looking at a 10K+ crowd...

I don't expect a big turnout. The Cee Double S Cee are taking around 100, down from the 130 they took to the Saints match.

So that I guess is a decent sample to show that the Sharks overall turnout should be down on last weeks game.

Your club is no different...

But parra are one of the most supported teams in the NRL, and penrith are the 'little brother' of the west. We managed almost 17,000 against the roosters. The Parra crowd was very disappointing

I think that is very harsh, the Masons (sharks supporters army) have been great traveling to away games since last season, and with the matching shirts they have, they are very hard to miss, one of the better away traveling sets of fans atm.

Ours was only decent because of the Joey Johns retirement game too.
