Lose Moylan -> sign Reynolds/Moses (similar money)
Lose Woods -> sign Liu, plus some change
Lose Dugan -> sign Coates or similar, plus some change
Lose Chad, gaining McInnes (similar money)
Talakai re-signed
Re-sign Kennedy, Rudolf & Tracey on new bumped deals using change, and SJ on slightly less money?

I think it's great that we've got some big contracts ending but some of our best young guys aren't exactly going to re-sign on the same money as they're on now. They're going to want some of that warchest or surely the titans or someone will offer them.

This Brandon Smith/Paps talk is exciting but I just don't see where the extra ~$1.5m is coming from

No, but I assumed we were taking advantage of that now and if it was "lost" - i.e. used in a player we weren't re-signing, it would be easily absorbed into a Reynolds (vet) or one of our dev'd players

100% mate not trying to say it was right just that was the theory at the time. I doubt we will ever scale our cap like this again unless it’s confirmed increasing year on year.

I don't think he was bought exclusively to play centre though. There was still a question mark about Holmes I think. All the talk was Flanno had bought him as a world class player, not to play a particular position.

Either way you're right he's on about 2.5x times what he's worth these days.
