Obviously moving Clarke to first slip is hinting that there is nto much faith show in Marcus North...

lol, 2 of our top 6 made scores over 10, and you guys a worrying about the fielding?

Clarke would make a good first slipper anyway.

Lee has struck, and how.

It was like someone flicked a switch, he is bowling some unplayable stuff out there.

If he keeps this up we're looking good.

looks like Lee has won his spot in the side. Good stuff...hopefully he can produce some of this in the Ashes...we're gonna need it.

I hate to be negative but that spell of bowling from lee could be the worst thing that happens to Australia all tour.

now we're going to have to suffer his bowling against decent batsmen for atleast 3 tests I would imagine, Hell knowing ponting that spell probably secured him a sport in all 5 tests. Dont mind the fact that he's bowled rubbish for over a year. ( if not for most of his career)

brilliant exhibition of swing bowling from Lee

has the old ball going both ways

good to see him back to form

Best red ball spell I've seen him bowl in a very long time. He looked fit, was bowling fast, had it swinging and was bowling with much better control than usual. It was a devastating spell, 5/26 in 9 overs will rip the heart out of anybody. Hauritz surely cannot play now...surely

Coincidently its the first time he has been fit since the india tour or so, considering the period between the last ashes and then he bowled very well, especially from the time or Mcgraths retirement - windies tour. Be interesting to see what happens.

I hate to be negative but that's one of the dumbest things I think I've read regarding Lee. Sure, he has his faults and I was iffy about him being selected...but if a 300 Test wicket taker in good form and with confidence isn't a good thing for us, especially given the fact that no one else looked remotely dangerous, then I'll give it away

Pleasing to see Lee fire up, especially with the old ball
He needs to find consistancy now. Nothing would make me happier to see him tear the poms a new asshole, However he needs to deliver in test matches in England, The jury is still out on that one

No no balls from him a good sign too, but Johnson bowled 6 of them, probably a bit rusty

BUT Hauritz a darts spinner, bowls 2 no balls , fmd

If he bowls like that against England, we win the Ashes.

I've been a Lee critic, but that really was an impressive spell of fast bowling. The challenge for him now is to maintain that form.
