Hughes reminds me of an avalanche. Starts off a bit iffy but when he starts rolling he can be all over you very quickly.

Hopefully both Watto and Hughes capitalise here and get big scores.

If watson plays the role of anchor well, hughes can relax a bit and enjoy his batting. I always get the feeling that if hughes strike rate is better than Watsons early on, he gets confident and settles down well. Its like watching slater at the stat of an innings.
