3P - Why the Delays?

Hi Jess,

Maybe HJ means the e-mails I and many others recurve from theleagues club in regards tithe release of the bulletin or special promotions and deals as such and not the Blue and Gold army / season ticket holders e-mails we all recieve.

Just a thought and another interpritation.

TBH, if I was getting emails on something like what is happening with the TAB, I'd just delete it and it would make me more likely to not bother reading future emails. I can't stand getting irrelevant emails.

No. A Club that is the financial backbone of our ability to run football teams. A Club that was made a central platform during elections held earlier this year.

It's only fair that we be allowed to ask these questions without being howled down (which, despite the protests, is what has happened).

And as has been stated ad infinitum, the howling was due to the manner in which the questions were asked (i.e. calling 3P a pack of liars)

Does it also mean people like Big C, Haynzy, Twiz etc who might be LC members but who obviously don't get there every day/week aren't allowed to ask questions, have opinions or make comments?

To some extent, yes. But go back and read the thread - there are plenty of responses that state that we should not ask questions because we're winning games, or because it's only been 3 months etc.

ADDITION: Sorry, guys, but my ability to sit in front of a computer is temporarily gone as I have yardwork to do for a while. I mean, sure, I got very little actual work done on my computer this morning but that's ok because I've enjoyed this thread and think it has been very productive despite attempts to dismiss its value.

The ones I've read didn't state that at all. Most said that whinging about a TAB after 3 months was ridiculous, and that we should be focussing on other things. That doesn't mean you shouldn't ask questions, it means you shouldn't WHINGE.

Are you signed up for the bullitin ones ? Did you get the one about the members mega cash? Surely and advertisment for suggestions about a TAB facility or a note say "look for our new betting agency starting soon", somewhere in a bullitin or those emails wouldn't be that difficult to do or indeed overpowering as a message in those emails.

We are not saying you cant do this HJ.

Ask as many questions as you like and WE ALL can try and answer them or at least have a go at.

This all started by the title of the thread which caused the reaction by fellow posters and this has been fixed up.

So what exactly is the problem now?

Are there any other questions that people would like to ask, (btw - I'm not saying I can answer them)

HJ, all Sevens was saying was that the TAB is currently going through the motions of the board and they are looking into this matter but for the time being that the board are doing other things like player signings, match functions, kids on the ground, etc

I was asking a Board Member on Sunday questions as well cause like yourself I'd like to know what's happening with the LC and FC side of things

Does anyone else remember the "promise" of bringing back the TAB and the Pool Tables to the leagues club? I can't believe the nerve of these guys making a promise like this then dogging all of us.

Are these empty promises made to get the votes of members or are they really going to change things? I seriously doubt that we will see a TAB at the club anytime soon.

3P if you are serious and want to prove me wrong (which I hope to hell you do) then give us a date when we will see the TAB in the club again - otherwise please have the guts to admit that it was all just a lie to buy votes!!!

Mate Please Explain what the old board has done. Where was the Tab before the old Board took it away and took the Pool Tables away. Would you Had Voted for the Old Board if you Knew they took them away. Also lies - They havn't Lied. They have kept us up to date with what is happenening. If you were There On Sunday night at the Presentation or at Sterlos Bar you would have Got Answers like a Few of us Members Did. Lyn Wallace and Roy Spagnolo informed few of us in what's happening. As i recall Mario Libertine told me after Elections to give them at Least 6 months to Upgrade Sterlo's Bar.

But Leadbeater stated that he wasnt nor will he speak on behalf of the board. So in essence, the line of communication is not what you "describe". The board have still told us nothing about the subject. The boards friend has though, but we would all agree that what he tells us is in no way accountable.
