Straight to DVD.
Hope its better than that crock of sh!te that was bestowed upon us a few years ago that was filmed in Newdown.
What a dire and embarrassment to Australian filming THAT was. *shudders*
Forget straight to DVD...this has straight to channel 9 @ 2am written all over it. What a f**king wank...the guy is cared about only in QLD and NSW.
The movie would require a budget of 20k for it to make any $$$
Where is Newcastle based? In NSW!!! What did i write? Bit slow today.
I know how good he was, but to make a movie about him is ridiculous.
Didn't you hear, Newcastle its own state now, the rest of NSW didn't want to be associated with them...
Sydney = dirty and full of foreignersSydney as a city >>>> Newcastle any day.
Sydney = dirty and full of foreigners
Newcastle = God's country
his life, career and drug battle are all part of who he is. i would imagine the movie would cover all of it.If its about his life and his career then yes it would be good. If its about his drug battle then f**k that. I was actually thinking we need films about sportstars in Australia. Thats half the problem with have a non-existant film industry. Legends of Australia will never get film time like they do in America.
The only reason why Newcastle is foreigner free, as you suggest, is because the f**king Newcastle airport is located about 15kms south of Coffs Harbour.Sydney = dirty and full of foreigners
Newcastle = God's country

And if God wanted a country that was slow, smelt like urine, filled with fat 40 year old drug-addled, single-mother, prostitues, and Raymond Terrace, then Newcastle is definitely the place.
Otherwise it's a backward sh*thole.
