Yep, Ill own up to that one he didn't mention depression. I just get a bit cynical when every player that gets into strife seems to pull this card. If it is legitimate than so be it.

In no way am I advocating 12 months bans or some such ridiculousness.

But, IF, and thats a big IF, they are guilty they should be suspended and fined.

David has already admitted guilt. Andrew is arguing the facts about abuse and threatening the Ref. He says it was about the phone and only about the phone. This is backed up by witnesses.

The ref says it was about him not the phone, was threatened or felt threatened. He is backed up by witnesses. Although seems not sure about wether Andrew said smash him or the phone.

The video will resolve what was fact.
