not really

the media twisted his words

Warne never said he was soft. he specifically mentioned his body language after delivering a ball

he is right on that. Starc bowls a ball and that walks back to his mark looking like someone just ran over his dog
Warne made quite a few valid points, but why humiliate the poor bastard on national TV???

Surely a word at tea or after play would have been much better from a former great??? But Warnie has no problems saying what he thinks just ask Scott Muller. Just don't you dare ever say something negative about him...........

Therein lies the problem...

But yeah, body language isn't Starc's issue, it's the fact that at the moment he's not a very good test bowler...

I dont see a problem with his so called body language

Exactly... the problem is he can't find the right length for the most part - looks talented, hopefully he doesn't end up a white ball only international cricketer

Warnes a turd.

Great bowler the best leggie ever

Of the pitch he is a proven serial wanker. Woefull commentator, agenda driven dickhead.

you can still get $3 for India to win this test, I don't think we can win as we aren't going to be taking 20 wickets in any great hurry, they'll be able to score a huge total and all the pressure will be on Warner and Smith to score hundreds because the rest are proven failures with the bat

I think that 25 year record is going to end here, India got what they wanted.. they won the toss on a brute of a day

Yes turd...

But to be honest, I am not 100% convinced he's undoubtedly the best leggie ever - modern players have the advantage of playing many more tests, travel etc not being as gruelling...

He probably is, but I reckon there's at least a case for Clarrie Grimmett

Id wait till we bat, their bowling attack is worse than ours

If we can roll them for under 450 that's ok. Then we need to score 550 plus

We fail with the bat is where things will get interesting. Rogers, Marsh and Sunshine need to step up and contribute

Warne was picked in 2000 in an Aust XI of all time (7 years before he retired)

Good news: Hazelwood will be bowling today - only suffered severe cramps
Bad News: Starc will be able to bowl as well

Also
Mitch Marsh has done his hammy and won't bowl again in this test and I'd assume he'll be out for the rest of the series.

We could do with an all rounder half as good as Roy was.
Great batsman
Great fielder
Very good bowler of both spin and medium pace.

My late pop watched both of them quite a bit and he rated O'Reilly above Grimmett, unsurprisingly he rated both of them ahead of that blonde headed clown he used to call him. Everyone was better when he played
