The nrl CEO was on Tripple m yesterday and from what I gathered, he basically said if he was given evidence, players would have been stood down already.

My understanding is ASADA will charge them if they can show they bought it.

Whether that stands up I dont know.

How they prove what someone bought out of the back of a car I dont know. And as I said earlier if they cannot prove by now that they bought it, then I am unsure how that will change in the next month.

We are fast becoming the OJ Simpson's of Australian Sport. Tell the truth , weed out the cheats and move on. I started to follow the Sharks as they were a small family club who despite not winning the comp were good guys. This is too much. Drugs, cap problems and losers to boot. Trouble is , i can't see us ever going back to the Sharks I loved. It truly never worried me we did'nt win the comp. i thought our time would come and I understood the obstacles in front of us. I cant make any sense of this garbage.. We are becoming the sort of club I used to loathe.

Intelligent bunch arent they. Can I have a receipt for the horse drugs I just bought from your boot? Well this is the acid test for ASADa. The receipts either exist or they don't. Do they have the power to get the receipts? If not they are powerless. Plus all this is very sketchy. I just bought them for a mate. I didnt use them , prove it. Are phone taps by ASADA legal? What phones were tapped and how did they get the numbers? I would have thought phone taps had to be ordered by a court on the request of the police. What powers do ASADA have.? Are they toothless Tigers? Still looks they are reliant on players signing something to self incriminate themselves or team mates. This could well blow up in the governments face.
