We have plenty of cap space, but the quality of players keeps getting lower and lower. We really need to move now to avoid back to back spoons.

Jesus that is dire. I guess that's a good time to front load some contracts to make space for 2016 if that's the case...try to get a couple of Graham, Fifita, Lewie, Ennis essentially off cap for a spending spree in 2016 - 2017.

Players will never agree to that. Our cap space is very well balanced so we don't need to front load anyway.
We do need to sign some players quickly though to have a remote chance of getting a top 25.

Great time for a leadership vacuum at the club. Can't see much success coming our way next year. Too many weaknesses in the squad plus all the other crap.
