Seriously, these ‘attacking’ kicks. WHY!? We literally hand over the ball and all momentum. I am never going to understand it.

And of course they score from a contested kick. I mean it’s a tactic you can use in rugby league, just not if you play for the Newcastle Knights apparently.

We don't have anyone that's particularly good at contesting them is the general reason. I don't know why other clubs seem to produce these 6 foot 5 bulldozers that can leap 5m in the air and plant the ball on a dime upside down and we don't.

We are bad after half time. Hard to know what is said at the break, but going off the reports in the coverage the coach tends to tell them he’s happy if we’re in front. I would much rather hear we were addressing the level of play not based on the scoreline. Because we don’t come out firing. We look complacent and we have no right to be.
