Sydney Bulls 44 (C Salem 2, W Naiqama, N Ford, W Grech, D Ainu, T Mansour tries, A Tippett 8 goals) beat The Entrance 16 (A Moore, R Wheele, C Rolfe tries, A Moore 2 goals)
A bye in Round 1 for The Entrance meant that the last form of the game played by the visitors was when they won the Valley United 8s tournament. When the Bulls ran up an 18-0 lead in the first 10 minutes it looked like the Tigers had only 8 on the field. A run of 7 consecutive penalties got the Tigers back into the game but the closest they got was 26-16 midway through the second half. A bit of possession allowed the Bulls to post another 3 tries.
Tippett, Winterstein and Tom Mansour replaced Jolly (suspended), Bushby and Branighan from the Belrose game
