Michael Hagan can't coach

The Nukes look 1 million times better than the Eels at the moment. And the Eels have more talent and experience...
Don't they what. Knights are such a great team to watch atm, it might not have paid off for them yet but I love the way theyre playing, the more they try it the better they will finish it off.

Spreading it so early in the tackle count in your own territory, very Brisbane-esque 92-93.

i have doubts on michael hagans ability to coach.
Brian smith was a great coach.

The eels in 08 are lacking the simple things:
catching, tackling, kick chase, line speed

these are things BS teams usually have

Who do we employ post Hagan ?

I say, we ask 1. Sterling then 2. Craig Bellamy 3. Daniel Anderson.

Were talking about winning football games, no Dragons fans allowed.

So peverse we have won 2 games and Knights have won 2 but they are playing with heart? Where was your heart in golden point agaisnt us then? If you are so proud of them.

LOL the "star studded" Eels have just one more win than us, despite your laughable sig claiming we'll finish "last":lol:

You have no argument whatsoever as usual, I'd much rather be a Newie fan than a Doesntmatta supporter-their side is showing guts and courage and should have beaten your overrated team a couple of weeks ago-despite Parra apparentlly being a premiership heavyweight.

Oh and by the way, we finished 13th last year yet still managed to beat Parra in the last round

Parramatta weren't in a very good financial situation up until 95, this limited alot of its spending.

From what i've been told they paid off debts in 95 and then when brought a sh*tload of players for 96, these included the Canterbury 4, Johnston, Freeman, Raper etc. Actually Hiltich our coach did ok with the 96 side, if it werent for season ending injuries to a few of our big name players we would've made the 8 in the 20 team comp.

The following year Brian joined, inherited an great side, and was able to build on that.

His peak was in 2001, Brians style suited the way the game was played, when the game changed in 2002 Brians style suffered, by 2004 we were in damage mode, he brought half the comp after pressure on our recruitment and retention was ll over the airwaves and we still couldn't get to the big one.

A good tacitican Brian, but i really think his coaching like Sheens is past it.

Look i know you were probably born in 97 so i'll let you off but its not like the Parramatta Eels had anything to write home about between 1986 & 1997.

Atleast they were making finals series in the time that Brian Smith was there.
