f**k you St George fans take rejection badly. You should be thankful that he won't be playing for St George next year.

BTW you do know that players under contract are invited to look for other clubs all the time? The beaten wife analogy is excessive and typical of a deranged Saints fan.

How is it a bad analogy? When you think about it It's pretty much spot on. Tigers gave him permission to negotiate because they wanted to free up cash for Blair (eg getting tossed aside and getting treated like shit)
he found another club and signed then his old club decided they wanted him so he ran back, ready to play for the team who originally thought he was excess baggage.

Plenty of players have had the option, but as far as i can recall, none have played this out in such a whingy whiny way. And none have been because the club itself started the proceedings of bullshit. Personally I have said before we have dodged a bullet, he is all yours.

The reason most of us are pissed is becuse of the low act of the tigers, coupled with moltzen coming out saying he doesn't want to offend us but he doesn't want to come etc. He hasn't offended us, he has just wasted months of work and tigers, his management and he behaves like he is the victim.

This guy is 22? f**k good luck tigers

Has anything actually been confirmed yet, other than Saints fans are just a bunch of whiny bitches?

I haven't heard anything about Schubert making an actual decision.

That there is the kicker. The Tigers if they really had the players best interest at heart would be telling Tim to man up and honour the contract he signed with his new club. Instead they are using him to suit their present needs(he wasn't needed when originally told to look around). Hope for Tim's sake the Tigers situation doesn't change or he could find himself being pushed out the door again but next time he might find very few clubs willing to touch him.

Well Tim thought it was in his interest when he signed the contract with Saints.

The Tigers like all clubs have a responsibility to their players to be seen to be doing the right thing in other words setting a good example. By encouraging Moltzen in this, the Tigers are sending the wrong message to their players(that is your word means nothing, just say and do what you want - actually surprised they didn't make a play for Carney he would have fitted right in). Let's be honest here Moltzen is not being asked to move interstate or to New Zealand, hell he could even still live with Benji and social with his old Tiger buddies. Moltzen is just being asked to do the right thing and be a man and stick to the commitment he made to his new club(does he even realise that the Tigers were the ones that originally wanted to flick him).

Well we are talking about now not then. I am pretty sure that Tim Thinks Its in his interests to remain a tiger. And I think that he always wanted to remain a tiger. That's why we have this dispute.

Re doing the right thing - he is responsible for his actions . He is an adult . Parents teach kids right or wrong. Football clubs teach football not ethics.

I wish they had signed carney. He could have helped them win games .

This from a supporter of a team that in 12 years has made the semis 3 times? What was it a grand final win in 2005 and then 5 years before the Tigers even made the semis again. Please I'll take my chances with Saints.

Chances?
You'd be used to that, they certainly had lots more, with f**k all to show for it
In your 12 yr time frame how many prems each club?
No one cares who ran 2nd 3rd 4th etc

Ah the old 'no-one cares who finishes 2nd, 3rd, 4th'. Well by that logic the Tigers have only had one successful year out of 12. I have said before tell the 70,000 that turned up to watch Tigers v Saints in last years semi that it doesn't count.

Of course making the semis counts. What a ridiculous defence. 1 out of 16 win it every year so by your logic only 1 team a year is successful. If making the semis doesn't count then you have just done Souths fans a huge favour.

St George Illawarra have only won it once in 12 years too.

Re making the semis , who really gives a . Unless you are a souths supporter . They have nt won a finals game since the 1980s

In the best interest of server space I wish the moderators would close this thread already.

It truly is an epic sooking effort from the Saints fans though. They really have taken this personally some of them.

It's amusing.

So by your reckoning, WT have had the exact same success rate as saints then? One premiership since the start of your JV.

wouldn't say personally as such, just amazed at how grubby tiger board room tactics are, and that tin man actually looks like getting off scot free
