Strong myth.
Dugan > Hayne.
- Hayne's positional play was terrible on kick returns, almost resulting in a Qld 40/20.
- Running back his aforementioned kicks, he looked a shadow of an Origin level fullback.
- Hayne flat out dropped a bomb, only to be saved by poor officiating.
- Hayne ran lines during backline movements which hampered his outside men.
- The dissalowed try at the end; that was a cut-out pass intended to miss Hayne and hit the centre, Hayne jumps in front and gets in the way of delivering early ball in the direction of our best finisher, Morris.
He put his head through a the line a couple of times, and that was it.
He was average at best. Average shouldn't be allowed in the number 1 jersey for NSW. And before you jump in, no, I don't think Gidley should be selected in the Blue's side. Bring on J. Duggan.
Hayne will go down as the biggest flash in the pan in the history of Rugby League. He's past his prime now. Time to chuck him out and put in a proper, genuine fullback. And you all know who that is.
Hayne is like Farah last year.....all the Tigers fans wanted Farah in there and he would be better than Buderus yada yada yada...what happened.
Parra fans wanted Hayne in the team at fullback and what did he do?
Sure it was not Haynes fault they were as useless as a group 10 team, but he didnt shine like everyone thought. He was a 3/10
Playing with a bunch of absolute spastics.
:lolugan at origin level,he would get absolutely owned like the plodder he is.
LOL, there we're worse players out there than monaghan tonight....
Cooper, Morris, and where was Ben Creagh????
Imagine Hayne having a good night, still made more meters than anyone on the field last night with very few chances.
Every fullback gets high meters just from doing kick returns.
In a battle of wits
