You may garner more respect if you actually came out and said he has to go, but if you are too close to those in the club, then, I understand why you don't.
Best not to comment at all then tbh.
It's just the way I see it mate.
Continually challenging those that aren't happy with the direction of the club isn't doing you any favours.
Quoted for truth emjaycee. Except I won't cut you the "if you are too close to those in the club" excuse for being a dickhead in your choice of responses to others on these forums.

Just don't go full Pou - but you come across as being over half way there.

I will say this though regardless of who we want or don't want as coach, r&r etc name calling other members is just shit form...it's a game of footy. We all love the club (99%).
We are all hurting.. let's not be petty to other members directly. Yes there is some absolute ridiculous favouritism for certain sectors but don't stoop to low standards of name calling...ok still sack the coach tonight though.
Stay classy peeps

See below.

I have never held onto BA's nutz mate.
If the club chooses to let him go, then I will happily drive the bus. But while he is our coach, I will support him the same as I do anyone who wears our colours. And I wont just blindly blame him for everything when I know the problems in our club are more than just the coach.

Brad should actually be informed that he wont be kept past 31st Oct 2024 and to enjoy his Bali trip this xmas.
Payout and premiership not withstanding, it is time to move him on at the end of this season.

Oh and it's the NRL, you don't pick and sign the next coach 18 months out. 6 - 8 months is fine.

Can I just say, that I agree that BA's time is coming to an end and I have no issue with that.

But it's a bit disingenuous to say that the board has given him too many opportunities to succeed, when since the current board came in, he has only been given one chance to succeed (depending on your measure of success) and that is this year after last year missing the 8. The current board arrived in 2019 and the team has gone 5th, 3rd, 6th, 4th and 10th with 1 GF appearance. In the 4 times we have made the top 8, we have made the SF 3 times and the GF once. Not as successful as we would have liked, sure but 8 teams make the finals and only 1 succeeds every year.

By the same measures, has Trent Robinson been given too many opportunities by the Roosters board? Sure he has won 1 GF in the last 5 years but he did that with future immortal Cronk and countless number of Origin and Test stars in his team. In the same period Roosters have gone 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th with 1 GF appearance for a win in 2019. Bumped out in a QF in 2022 and haven't made a Prelim except for the year they won the GF. And who can argue we have had a better squad over the same 5 years???

Again, I am not defending BA and I don't think he will be our coach in 2025, but a bit of balance in some posts wouldn't hurt. In fact, @Happy MEel, I thought you were better than that mate.

What I love is when players like Lane with his abundance and enthusiasm says a few weeks back write us off at your own peril...he should be playing nsw cup next week with Kelma, Paulo, Lussick, Makatoa, Sivo...
I'd be bringing in Matto, Wiremu, Doorey, MArthur, Ethyn Martin and obviously Moses

The thing that gets me is that Lane has been largely shit since 2022, and yet you listen to commentary they somehow don't see it. Even today they were going on about how he is such a presence on our left edge, or when he drops a simple pass they go on about how he doesn't drop those... Like open your f**king eyes merkins he does this shit week in week out.
