I can see that happening but seems like the club is backing him for a normal nrl season.

Of course they will have variables in any season of any sport, and the club would have contingency plans in place for any situation.

This doesn’t change the fact that they would be planning to have him play every single game of the season. 10 games is a third of the season.

If Charlie’s form isn’t good then Naden will likely replace him but Charlie is obviously going start at right wing if his form is good they won’t move him. That is the same for any young player if they are struggling.

The coach has said that he is going to play on the right wing. They told sauce back in November Charlie is taking his starting spot. So yes Charlie is our starting winger you will have take it up with Ivan if you thinks it’s a problem to say that.

He did start both trials there after being re-signed. That seems pretty obvious he gets first shot at the position.
