Whilst I wouldn't single him out for the loss, once again we lack a halfback that can close out a game. Or a great leader for that matter,

Tough night, Hard to handle that. I agree with most that say once again the coach has cost us the game.
I don't think B.A. is under any pressure after all Sharp loves him and we win 2 comps by 2020 apparently.
If Arthur was sacked at the end of the season who actually would be a good fit for this side?

If Pauli or Álvaro aren't good enough to bring on when you are up by 24 when are they??? Go on keep defending the inexcusable. You really have lost the plot of late. But but but all we needed was teo good forwards. So glad we don't have Haynes shit leadership anymore.

I already showed you how good Hayne's leadership was. As for needing two decent forwards, we got Watmough. Scott arrives next year.

I thought it was because they were shit? Anyway our attack wasn't dreadful - we scored 30 points against the competition leaders.

It's our defence that was shit, like I f**ken told you on the second page of the thread.
I said our attack was shit the last 10mins, and you laughed like the dickhead you are. It was mainly shit because the team was out on their feet the last 10mins. That probably can happen when you play with 15 men.

Inexperience and lack of match fitness cosr us in the end imo.

This was Gower's first game back, Paulo played big minutes and the talented but inexperienced Moeroa was defending with Sandow (which was a questionable decision on its own merits).

 and all those games were Haynes fault.

 He asked if we ever gave up a lead while Hayne was here.

That Cowboys game Hayne had your favourite 5 LBA and once we lost control of the ruck and possession We got steam rolled just like tonight. But the difference was our team back then was pretty bloody terrible. This team you keep telling us is fantastic just out of luck........

Yeah right. And you said we'd win a comp with Hayne. Instead all he's got are spoons.

Even when we were up 30-6, I told Jumpsuit this game isn't in the bag.
We sat there till the end and watched them lose again. How could either of us be disappointed? It just wasn't that surprising.

I think its fair to Judge BA next year.Just like Cleary in his 3rd year. He has not taken over a decent team, he has taken over a wooden spoon team . And this year lost our best player.
Imagine the score had Thurston not played tonight and Hayne was in Robo's spot...
50-0?

Cherry picking games to suit your pathetic agenda. I remember you protested back then how poor the squad was and what a great job big face was doing  now it was all Haynes fault with his shit leadership  and two good forwards??? We picked up Wicks and Watmough so now we needed 3??? Keep making excuses for a bloke to claims to know all you really are dribbling shit of late.

I am still unsure on BA. I said that last year when we only had to beat canberra or Knights to make the 8.
I think his idea of winning is just complete sets and be physical. Mentally we are not there. I say let him see out his 3rd year. If we do no finish in the top 8. He has to go unless injuries.
Look at Cleary-Good coach but they can not do much either. And it takes about 4 yrs too really stamp yourself on a team.Cleary was lucky in his 3rd year they fired. This is his 4th and having no luck. Next year BA could lose foran for the year and that would end his coaching career. But if he makes the top 5 than it buys him some time.

I still think our club needed a guy like Bennet-Cleary-Hasler-Bellamy...A guy that you know can coach and its just having to sort out his team. Untill we have 3 years in the top 4-5 you can not say BA is a good coach.

Nobody said he's a good coach, we are saying that a coach needs years before you can accurately judge him. That means you can't say he's good or bad after only two seasons. He needs time to make his changes.

Instead the coach is an easy scapegoat for emotional fans and under pressure administrators. So he gets the sack and you miss a year of recruitment/retention.

Mate, Pou makes plenty of great arguments. He also makes some shit ones and will change his opinion to suit them.
Don't bother.
Seriously. Don't even try. You'll go on for days and get nowhere.

I wouldnt not classify Wicks as a good forward. He is an NRL standards. Not like he is one of the best. Was dominated in every tackle tonight.
