Better than Egan and Luai on the bench
Luai is better than Peachey.

Not as a bench utility though. Peachey can cover lock, 2nd row, hooker, fullback, five eight and centre as injury cover.
Yes, but with a good halfback the centres don't stay on one side and attack where there is a weakness. Luckily Reynolds was out and they had a rookie in his place.Yeo wasn't marking Roberts. Naden was.
Naden / Mansour vs Roberts / Gagai
Yeo / To'o vs Turner / Graham
Mansour getting burned by Roberts was a result of Maloney and Kikau getting sucked in, forcing Naden and Mansour to come in too.

Everybody is saying Roberts burns anybody, but it's about getting to him before he gets in full flight. Mansour is too slow for that. He is easy to run around if you have pace but I accept he wasn't entirely to blame for the try.
My complaint about Yeo is there is no attacking threat (not his fault), luckily he wasn't isolated by Roberts or Gagai as they pretty much stuck to their side of the field and Souths did minimal backline moves.
I didn't realise we couldn't use Aekins until after 30 June, so fair enough.
Not to NRL standard.
Luai is better than Peachey.
Peachey covers more positions though. Luai is only halves cover
Peachey is a terrible player who shouldn't be welcomed back so easily though.
Jack of all trades, master of none, that's Peach. So how much is that worth to an NRL team? Not what the Titans are paying him I don't think. Not to NRL standard.
Not big enough and certainly not ahead of JFH and even Martin.Always wanted to see Peachey given a go at Lock but I don’t think that happens.
Wouldn’t say he’s terrible, it’s never easy playing utility because you can’t get use to
A certain position, but he does cover multiple positions pretty well.
I think Centre is his best position but Naden/Blake should be our centres. Always wanted to see Peachey given a go at Lock but I don’t think that happens.
Problem for him is he's got at least 3 players in those positions in front of him. We'd be bringing him back to play on the bench which I'd rather use for development guys like Luai/Blore etc.

Fair enough, I don’t really want Peachey back either but I he would offer more off the bench than Luai if we do sign him not to sure about Blore though.
Also just saw Peachey might be our for the season so we probably won’t sign him.
I prefer Martin on the edge but yea completely agree on JFH
I think people are forgetting the numbers Peachey put up here, we don't have anyone capable of doing that.
Now it's obviously a question of if he can get back to that form, but in his former panthers form he'd be valuable to the team.
from 2016-2018 he averaged 11 Tries, 7 try assists & 12 Line breaks per season.
No one else comes close to that all round attacking game.
Exactly. Can he do that again. After watching him at the Titans I'm not confident.

Every player that goes there drops off considerably for whatever reasons. Peach can get back to his best if he were to come back here. Being happy will make a huge difference in his form I think. It’s only been half a season it’s not like he’s been out of form for years, he’s not even in good shape, get him fit and he will fire.
As far as i'm concerned if he wants to come back he needs to take a pay cut. But it was only last year he produced 12 tries, 8 try assists & 10 line breaks.
