I would agree in most circumstances, but with Graham/Moylan back, you could ease Trindall into the team, he wouldnt have to be the playmaker as such, from what i have seen from him, his kicking game is good, looks better goal kicker then Flanno as well.

The other option is BB into halves ahead of Flanno, i am super pi##ed in hi leaving under the circumstances

It doesn't make much sense to me that we would release Flanagan this year, as we would surely rather have halves depth and deny the Roosters' halves depth, rather than the other way around.

It also doesn't make much sense to me that the Roosters would sign Flanagan up as a Cronk replacement. Sure, they would sign him as part of a contingent of potential replacements, and he looks a promising player. But this is the team that recently bought Keary, Tedesco and Cronk for their spine. It is not their style to buy a rookie and hope they become a top spine player.

If they have Cronk's money to spend, I expect someone like Reynolds or Taylor, or some other player with at least that level of experience, to be targeted, and Flanagan will just be back up there rather than back up here.

You know what I really love about this young blokes prospects is his attitude. It wasn't all that long ago he had to front a certain NRL appointed inquiry to get to the bottom of some mysterious dealings within our club.

He was asked by the learned "NRL Prosecutors" to paint a picture of what was going on at the time. His reply went something like this. "You want me to Paint a picture" "I am a footy player not a f**king artist"
