Surely you cant blame cappy for that though....for me, he would help himself alot by spending 10k and blasting the refs. If not, I see that as a surrender.

There was no shape to our attack. No decoy runners, no support for the ball carrier, the halves (Johnson mainly) stifled our momentum with lethargic distribution... all coaching issues imo.

Agreed I hate Cappy for fielding Robson after crap games but Robson went OK tonight and the players just underplayed

They looked lethargic for most of the game tonight. Cant blame golden point last week either given that it only went one minute over regulation time.

Manly layed all over us all game. We couldnt get any momentum. Its hard to have shape when you don't have momentum.

No fault of Cappies other than a big name might have some influence.
THERE HAS GOT TO BE AN INVESTIGATION!

I look at Cappy speaking and I think who could be inspired by that?
sadly the answer is obvious. No one.

Piss weak post match conference, not sure if all coaches this weak but when asked what when wrong, saying we need to go back and look a it and review vs saying ill discipline, handling errors and halves that didn't take the line is a good place to start.

Not sure inspiration is the key in the NRL - otherwise Lowe would have been more of a success

The likes of Bennett, Cleary, Hasler and others are hardly inspirational when you hear them talk - but the great coaches (Bennett, Hasler, Gould, Bellamy etc), whether they are inspiration or not, have clear game plans and excellent man management skills - McFadden clearly can't provide the former, and I think what you're alluding to is a reflection of his inability to provide the latter - with the possible exception of his godson Kata who's well on the improve

Yeah. Plus i'm sick of his double standards.
We heard about Hurrell and KPI's. He was banished to NSW cup.
He came back this season fitter and faster. Still not good enough.
So he sits on the bench for a 20 minute run in the forwards where he is clearly ineffective.
This isn't a solution.

Johnson on the other hand is told to get more involved and take the ball to the line.
So he runs for 4 meters and makes 3 mistakes. Tell me how this passes any KPI's?
