But honestly, how can anybody advocate giving Roy more time when you look at the signings he has made? I mean Paul f**king Konchesky, seriously?

Roy is a fantastic manager for a mid-table club, and he never quite understood that Liverpool has higher aspirations than finishing out of the relegation zone every season. Sure the squad isn't capable of challenging for a title, but you won't find a single Liverpool fan that thought it was. But it's good enough to beat Blackburn, Blackpool and Wolves.

Roy couldn't manage even that.

Fun Fact: Howard Webb has awarded 5 penalties to Manchester United in his last 5 visits to Old Trafford. The merkin.

No surprises that it took cheating from United to win the match. With Ronaldo and Nani, they've turned diving into an art-form so it's no surprise other players want to get in on the act too.

Very very very soft penalty (being generous). Red card was there, brain explosion but frustrating.

Still, 10 men for 60 minutes and the ony goal we conceded was a penalty from a Berba dive in the second minute, and especially with 11 players out there our passing looked alot crisper with Woy out of the picture.

Pepe Reina was supurb last night, and young Martin Kelly gets better every game he plays, excellent last night as well.

Torres still a bit isolated but at least in the first half he was running a bit more.

If Woy was in charge youze lot would of booed no end, Torres is a joke and should be dropped, Gerrard did a real captains performance and got himself sent of (closest he got to our midfield all game and was seconds late). :roll:

In the league when we went 2-0 up you fouht back to 2-2, yesterday you were 1-0 down in the cup and meekly gave up. Thats not exactly progress.
