    the return of clinton toopi

watched him in all his games for Titans. Hes always puffing and blowing. Lost his pace too. THey should run at his side all game and wear him out. Sic big Ukuma on him.

    3-2-1 v Bunnys

Hendo 3 Hohaia 2 Brown 1 Cant give Hohaia 3 for the simple reason he didnt do his job at fullback. Failed to defuse highballs, was out of position leading to goal line dropouts. He also blew a try that would have won the game. Not the first time hes done that. However, most of the team had...

    "Use your foot"

yeah i was waiting for the whistle to blow. However, i think this weekend the refs must have been given the hard word to crack down on forward passes at dummy half. I've seen it in 3 games this weekend so far where they finally pulled up the dodgy passes at dummy half. Been coming for awhile tho.

    10 points

Warriors still unbeaten with Ropo at fullback. Hohaia went better but once again his lack of urgency at the back was shown up. Vatuvei should never have had to get that ball out of the dead ball area in the first half. Taylor was throwing ridiculous offloads in the second half. Thats what beat...

Are we actually a chance here?

havent seen it mentioned anywhere here but i have selective blindness Luke Stuart is out with a broken hand so Souths are down a quality prop. Burgess will play in front row. Apologies if this is old news.

Are we actually a chance here?

I dont care what conditions they play in as long as Manu doesnt do a hammy!!

    Unchanged team vs Bunnies.

I agree with you guys about Hohaia. I've gone right off him at Fullback. Send him back to the interchange or out of the squad altogether. Actually was quite pleased when Luck threw him a hospital pass in Storm game as the little bugger has thrown a ton of them to his team mates this year. Now...

    Manu or Blair

save our dough i reckon even though we have had injury hassles this year, i think this has got to be the best year on record for judiciary appearances. Adam Blair is too much of a grub and dont really want him here to be honest. Same with Matai. Really dont want players that we pay over the...

    Prophecy

yeh, bad news really. I can recall when Fittler first took over the Roosters, i think they one their first 4 in a row under him and drew with us. (the game where witt knocked over 2 drop goals )

    Whats the big change

Kevin Locke's courageous try against the Roosters. I think some of the players took a good look at themselves after that game and probably felt they werent giving 100%. Ever since that game we have conceded 6 points a game.

    Prophecy

yeh, i would hate to drop that away game to the Sharks. But its possible depending on what Sharks team turns up. Wish we had played them on the weekend as they totally bludged.

    Prophecy

The comp is so even it will be decided by injuries to players. Dragons 1st Penrith 2nd Manly 3rd Broncos 4th= Roosters 4th= Warriors 4th= Tigers 7th Souths 8th= Positions 4-6 will be decided on for and against I reckon. And Souths will sneak into...

    Bring on the Storm

Bash, blowing up is quite a common term for being enraged. You probably need to get out more. :D

    'cheat cheat cheat cheat...'

really? I think it inspired the Storm more than anyone else. They seemed more fired up afterwards, and I was thinking it might backfire on the Warriors. When Smith converted with all the cheat chants, the next set of six Cronk was only an inch from being onside and then its 12-12, and anybody's...

    Bring on the Storm

how is that different to a big hit which knocks the ball out of their hands and leaves them concussed afterwards? Its just a delayed reaction when Norrie drops the ball. The result is the same. Should have been our ball.

    Bring on the Storm

thats how i saw it. One of the weirder calls was Norrie dropping the ball at the play the ball when concussed then getting it back. I didnt hear the ref call time off so i think that ball should have been ours. Not our fault he couldnt take the hit.

Are we actually a chance here?

well, having just watched the parra game, i think one team has finally caught fire. Haynes try is close to individual try of the season. I think only Nathan Gardner's try against Roosters is comparable. Still time for us to catch fire tho. Still dont think we have seen the best of big Manu...

Are we actually a chance here?

yeh, well i guess i was referring to our defense. We have been putting in mighty efforts the last 3 games. We defended our tryline for over 90mins if you count last weeks game. Can we sustain this level of defense right till when it counts?

    3-2-1 v Storm

3 Manu - good allround display 2 Tate - made some good bursts and kept Inglis quiet. and first game back for awhile 1 Ropati - only time we made any ground from fullback was when Lance went off and Ropo took over. Crucial bust to set up field goal. Hopefully Cleary will get the message...
