    Players who could have been

I think James Roberts will end up in this category. A player that coud have been anything, but a mixture of injuries and off field discretions have set his career back.

    Luke Keary

The thing that Sutton does well is straighten up the attack if we get a bit side to side. Hopefully the guys can choose the right time to play out the back or when they need to dig into the line themselves.

Has Reynolds ever missed 4 conversions in 1 game before?

    Luke Keary

I think that Reynolds needs a few weeks to let his knee recover fully, during this time we can see if the Sutton/Keary combination will work (I think it will). It might also be the spark that Reynolds needs to find his best form again.

Rabbitohs signings, rumours and injuries thread.

Never good to have injuries, but with two byes and winnable games against the Cowboys and Titans over the next month we should hopefully be able to keep getting points till everyone is back on board.

    Judiciary Report - Apisai Koroisau

Koroisau is free to play, downgraded to grade one dangerous throw. With the early guilty plea he escapes suspension

    Bears game

Did anyone happen to catch the Bears NSW cup game this weekend. If so how did Tom Burgess look? Is he close to a return. Also how does young Chris Grevsmuhl go in the second row, will he get a crack at first grade this year?

    Issac and Keary

Where would everyone play Keary when he comes back? Straight into 5/8 and Sutton to lock? Halfback if Reynolds doesn't recapture last years early season form? I don't think you can play Keary on the bench if Api/ McInnes is still on the bench as well. Also who drops out once T...

    Game of the Year

Awesome game. Even if we had of lost I would have said one of the games of the year. Agree with the above comment about blooding new players, add to the list Turner, McInnes and Korosau and the next few years are looking good. The strip was a 50/50 call, if it went the other way we would...

Any late mail for the team. Johnston or Reddy?

    Bring Back Match-Of-The-Round

I don't think match of the round is the way to go. What the NRL needs to do is find ways that the same teams play in big match ups in the same round every year. For example, the ANZAC day games are always massive (both the Roosters/Dragons and the Warriors/Storm games). As a Bunnies...

I think Johnson will make his debut tonight (hopefully). Really excited to see how he goes after killing it in the lower grades.

    2014 memberships

I think they made a typo with the Sharks and Titans 2013 numbers. They've just been swapped around (should be, Sharks 2013 total - 10319 & titans - 7589).

    Public Transport to ANZ Stadium

This is awesome. As a bunnies fan living in Newcastle it will make it so much cheaper to get to the games. Hopefully this will help crowd numbers for ANZ based clubs and show the benefit of a centralised stadium policy for the others. Surely a similar thing will come into play once the light...

Rabbits and Roosters might have a bit of a jump this week after solid wins tonight. The Cowboys have posted impressive numbers so far, which will only improve after a win in the 9's

    Charity Shield

I thought Walker was good at 5/8. When Reynolds is back Walker wont have to think of kicking options or what plays to run which will free him up a bit. Couple of nice passes in the lead up to Goodwin's and Tuqiri's tries. He made a nice break up the middle too when he ran the ball.

    Charity Shield

Agreed, except I'm still not sold on Tuqiri for the wing spot. Why didn't Clarke play today, injured? I would have him in front of picker if we want a more mobile forward on the bench, unless Teo, Sutton and McQueen all play as close to 80min as possible. Then we can just rotate the props to...
