Capewell is a champ.

Just plays with guts and desire. Like his try against the Storm, had no right to score that.

Sucks to be buying him back at such a premium though lol

He's revelling because he's got a specific role he can own. Yeah, he'll be out in the backs sometimes but he's owning that right edge spot right now.

Too bad we had him pegged as a bench Mr Fixit. Even the error have gone out of his game. SOO did him wonders as well.

It’s a tough gig the Mr Fixit role.

kind of feel the same for Tracey at the moment. He’s been thrown between halves, hooker, centre, fullback and some kind of lock role. Must be tough to get your head around it, particularly when you’re not even really a seasoned first grader.

Someone has to do it though.

That's why even though played 2ns row 2nd half of career Luke Lewis was great at it.
I think I would say Aubusson was the next one who handled that role.
Those players are so beneficial to the team, allows the team so much more freedom

Any one else find it odd that Bomber is not being spoken to about recruitment?

Absolutely to Hynes. Kid can play and won’t be getting a look in ahead of Papanhuyzen at Melbourne. Would look great in a Sharks jersey, preferably with number 1 on it.

Meh. I don’t see anything from Hynes that we don’t already have in Will Kennedy.

WK is also a year younger and I think has more upside.

Hynes, to me, is another one from the seemingly endless production line of average players made to look good by the system and others around them at the Storm.

Take him away from that and he’s nothing special

Was he not involved in the recruitment of Cam McInnes?
He was a front in that one. We have a list of targets we are speaking to right now, one for this season, and Bomber hasn't been to the last couple of meetings.

Agree. If we're going after a fullback it needs to be a massive upgrade on Kennedy, not arguably slightly better.

Makes sense I guess. If he's not definitely going to be our coach next year then probably shouldn't be the main selling point or part of negotiations.

He should be coach imo and I would expected he'd be having a say in the players they're talking too.

Are these players any good ? McInnes good ?
