We were unlucky not to win last game and are very close to a win. The fact I'm using such language shows how shit this season has been.

Our defence will keep us in the game but I doubt we score many points so likely Melbourne 20-8 or something like that but a roosters win 14-12 or similar wouldn't totally shock me.

Captain James Tedesco will be rested after leading NSW to victory in Origin III on Wednesday night, with Joey Manu to play fullback. Maroons prop Lindsay Collins will back up.

Maroons stars Harry Grant, Xavier Coates and Cameron Munster have been named to back up 72 hours after Origin III but are expected to play.
